Previously Matthew held the title of First Vice President of Investments/Senior Director at Marcus & Millichap. During Matthew's tenure at Marcus & Millichap, he consistently ranked among the top agents nationally. For six consecutive years Matthew was regarded as one of the top 30 "multi- family" advisors nationwide, as well as within the top 5% companywide. Matthew earned numerous awards while at Marcus & Millichap including but not limited to six National Achievement Awards, eight Sales Recognition Awards and the prestigious Chairman's Club Award. Real Estate Forum recently honored Matthew as one of Southern California's top investments brokers. Matthew has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, GlobeSt.com, Real Estate Southern California Magazine, Multi-Family Executive, the Los Angeles Times, and various local and regional Business Journals.
Matthew received his degree in Business Management from Tulane University's AB Freeman School of Business; is a member of the Urban Land Institute, National Multi-Housing Council, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a division of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Strategic Coach, and various philanthropic organizations and causes.
